On Android devices press the menu key and select ‘Add to home screen’. On iPhone and iPad press the Share Button (it's the icon that represents a page with an arrow coming out of it) and then select 'Add to home screen'. Change the ‘Title’ to ‘Crystal ball’ and click add.

The main menu is in the top left hand corner of the each page is the primary navigation. Clicking on this button will reveal a slide out submenu. The first option in the submenu is always the 'Back' button. You can use this to navigate back up one level. Additional contextual submenu appear throughout the app and are found in the top right hand corner of the screen. Their options are directly related to the current page you are viewing.

In any of the main app pages (Tracking, Lone Worker, History, Etc) you can perform a search or filter on the results that are displayed. Searching and filtering will limit the number of devices visible based making it easier to locate specific devices. Search can target text or number content for device name, driver or device name or any part of the address. You can also filter data by device, device groups, date and time. Once you have your final list you can also sort the results based on: most recently updated, least recently updated or nearest to your location.

The Tracking page displays all vehicle or mobile tracking devices. The default view of this information is the 'List View' the devices are listed in groups (if you have device groups setup) then in order of most recently updated. The information displayed is: Device Name, Driver Name or Device Details, Location, Time since last updated and if in journey the current speed. The list view can be sorted by the filters and order buttons at the top of the page. You can also search on any device using the 'Quick Search' bar. If you would like to view all of your devices on a map, click on the 'Map' button in the top right hand corner.

The History page is for FleetTracker and MobileTrack customers and allows you to search for historical journeys. To do this you will first need to 'Select a Device' and then enter a date and time range. Finally click on the Show Results button. Results will be returned in date order starting with the oldest first. You can choose to search and filter on these results to help you to locate the journey you are looking for.

For 'Nearest to me' functionality to work you MUST have 'Location Services' enabled on your device. On Android devices go to your device Settings > Location, depending on your device and version of the Android OS, make sure all options such as Location, Location services, and Location reporting are enabled. On iPhone and iPad, you can turn Location Services on or off at Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
